Chris Wood Chris Wood, Chairman
Christopher Wood is the Chairman of the company and was one of the founders and a major shareholders since our formation. He is responsible for daily operations and business development. Previously he was one of the founders and a major shareholder of Wako Express (China) Co. Ltd. and Wako Air Express (HK) Co. Ltd., now wholly owned subsidiaries of WLG, Inc., Chris holds a First Class Honors degree in Physics from Imperial College, London University, and a Ph. D. in Theoretical Physics from Balliol College, Oxford University.
Chris Wood Andrew Jillings, CEO
Andrew Jillings is our Chief Executive Officer and is responsible for the group’s operations and business development. He is a shareholder in the company and is based in the head office in Hong Kong. Previously Andrew was the VP for BAX Global’s north east Asia operations.  After BAX were acquired by Deutsche Bahn in 2005 , he spent four years as the CEO of the DB Schenker China operations.
Ed Pawelko Ed Pawelko, CFO
Ed joined the Company in March 2008 as Chief Financial Officer of World Commerce Services, LLC (d/b/a WLG USA, LLC) working out of the US headquarters based in Chicago. He served in that position until when he was promoted to be the Chief Executive Officer of WLG USA, LLC.  Mr. Pawelko received his MBA with a concentration in Accounting from the Keller Graduate School of Management and a BA from the University of Illinois
Andy Duggan Andy Duggan, CIO
Andrew Duggan joined Asean Cargo 10 years ago as the National IT Manager and became the Chief Information Officer for WLG in 2007. He has been in the IT sector for 17 years and has been involved in the Freight Forwarding Industry (IT) for 13 years. Andrew brings extensive knowledge in the areas of software integration and software development.

John Ling Photo John Ling, Vice President - Central and Northern China
John Ling has over 25 years experience in the shipping and logistics industry. His training with Birkhart and Kuehne Nagel covered warehouse operations, sea and air operations as well as sales. John began his career in China in 1989 stationed in Shanghai and subsequently worked in many different cities from the South to the North of the China Coastal Region. In the last 15 years, he has held the position of General Manager of the China Department for Sun Hing Shipping, as General Agent for ZIM and as V.P. of Jardine Logistics for Eastern and Northern China and Director of Ocean-Run before joining the WLG Group in March 2008 as manager for Central China.
Zina Lam Zina Lam, G.M., Perishables and Pharmaceuticals
Zina Lam joined Wako Express (China) in 1999 and has been responsible for developing the perishables business in Hong Kong and China. She has brought in a unique regular service of sea freight refrigerated groupage from Europe to Hong Kong. Also, she has successfully developed a one-stop logistics service solution for clients between Hong Kong and the rest of the world. Additionally, she is involved in the development of the pharmaceuticals market in Hong Kong and China.

Paul John William Pomroy Paul John William Pomroy, CEO
Paul Pomroy has extensive experience within the industry, including freight forwarding, customs brokerage, and logistics services in Australia and Southeast Asia. In 1984, he cofounded Asean Cargo Services, now a WLG subsidiary, and has served as its Managing Director since its inception..
Germany
Joachim Hermanns Joachim Hermanns, Director Central Europe
Joachim joined WLG in July 2010 as Director Central Europe for the group. In his role he will oversee the organizational development in his region with a strong focus on the air and sea/air product. He is based in Frankfurt. Earlier, Joachim served in various MD and global sales positions for multinational forwarders in The Netherlands, UK, Hungary and Germany.

Tony Allen Tony Allen, General Manager
Tony joined WLG (UK) in October 2006 as its Financial Controller. Through his in depth knowledge of our business and strategic direction he progressed through the management team before being appointed General Manager in July 2010. Tony brought 20 years of experience to the table and his leadership role for our UK operation is a critical part of our global development strategy.

Robert Wong Sebastian Tschackert, President Americas
Sebastian joined WLG, Hong Kong in January 2010 as the President Operations for the group. He later transferred to Chicago where he runs the Americas region with particular focus on our US freight and customs brokerage business. Prior to his posting in the US, Sebastian was based in Hong Kong for 7 years; his last position before joining WLG was with Schenker as their Director of Sales for China.
