Chris Wood, Chairman
Christopher Wood is the Chairman of the company and was one of the founders and a major shareholders since our formation. He is responsible for daily operations and business development. Previously he was one of the founders and a major shareholder of Wako Express (China) Co. Ltd. and Wako Air Express (HK) Co. Ltd., now wholly owned subsidiaries of WLG, Inc., Chris holds a First Class Honors degree in Physics from Imperial College, London University, and a Ph. D. in Theoretical Physics from Balliol College, Oxford University.

Andrew Jillings, CEO
Andrew Jillings is our Chief Executive Officer and is responsible for the group’s operations and business development. He is a shareholder in the company and is based in the head office in Hong Kong. Previously Andrew was the VP for BAX Global’s north east Asia operations. After BAX were acquired by Deutsche Bahn in 2005 , he spent four years as the CEO of the DB Schenker China operations.

Dave Koontz, CFO
David Koontz began his career with Arthur Andersen & Co. and served as a partner in its offices in Los Angeles, Hong Kong, Singapore, and Tokyo. Next, he joined a large private garment manufacturer and retailer headquartered in Hong Kong, serving as its Chief Financial Officer and Director of Business Development. Dave also served as the CFO of a U.S. public company listed on the American Stock Exchange. He earned a CPA certificate granted by the State of California and holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business from California State University at Northridge.

Danny Chan, President of Asia Pacific
From January 1st 2010 ,Danny Chan has been appointed WLG President for Asia Pacific and Managing Director of WLG’s China operations. For the previous five years Danny Chan has been the Managing Director of South China for Schenker, an international logistics service provider and brings a wealth of experience to this new position. |

Sebastian Tschackert, President Operations
Sebastian joined WLG in January 2010 as the President Operations for the group. In his role he will oversee the group’s agency network, it’s internal operations and the sea/ air product into Europe via Dubai. In this role he will also bring a strong focus to broadening our customer base. He will be based in Hong Kong and will report to Andrew Jillings, CEO of WLG Inc.

Raymond Chan, V.P.
Raymond Chan has been leading Sea Freight, Logistics, and Supply Chain Management at Wako Express (China) Co. Ltd. and Wako Air Express (HK) Co. Ltd. since 1986. He received an Outstanding Service Award from Target Store Australia for Logistical Support in 2002. |

John Ling, Acting VP - Central and Northern China
John Ling has over 25 years experience in the shipping and logistics industry. His training with Birkhart and Kuehne Nagel covered warehouse operations, sea and air operations as well as sales. John began his career in China in 1989 stationed in Shanghai and subsequently worked in many different cities from the South to the North of the China Coastal Region. In the last 15 years, he has held the position of General Manager of the China Department for Sun Hing Shipping, as General Agent for ZIM and as V.P. of Jardine Logistics for Eastern and Northern China and Director of Ocean-Run before joining the WLG Group in March 2008 as manager for Central China.

Zina Lam, G.M., Perishables and Pharmaceuticals
Zina Lam joined Wako Express (China) in 1999 and has been responsible for developing the perishables business in Hong Kong and China. She has brought in a unique regular service of sea freight refrigerated groupage from Europe to Hong Kong. Also, she has successfully developed a one-stop logistics service solution for clients between Hong Kong and the rest of the world. Additionally, she is involved in the development of the pharmaceuticals market in Hong Kong and China.

Paul John William Pomroy, CEO
Paul Pomroy has extensive experience within the industry, including freight forwarding, customs brokerage, and logistics services in Australia and Southeast Asia. In 1984, he cofounded Asean Cargo Services, now a WLG subsidiary, and has served as its Managing Director since its inception..

Ed Pawelko, CEO
In December 2009, Ed was appointed CEO of WLG USA (which includes WCS). Ed’s intimate familiarity with our USA and global operations (he joined us in March 2008 as the USA’s group Chief Financial Officer) will be instrumental in the implementation of our strategic plans for North America. |

Phillip Forsyth, Senior Vice President
Phillip Forsyth is Senior Vice President of WLG, Inc., having served as Chief Executive of Wako Express (China) Co. Ltd.. Prior to joining the company, Phillip was a General Manager with Maersk Logistics, an international logistics services provider, in South China, and a Managing Director of World Connect Limited, a logistics services provider in Hong Kong.
